Do I need to give you access to my systems?
No. I deliver the script and clear run instructions, and you run it in your own environment. Please never share passwords or admin credentials.
Which PowerShell versions do you support?
Windows PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7, including Microsoft Graph, Exchange Online and Active Directory modules.
Can you update the script later?
Yes. Revisions are included in each package, and you can message me anytime for extra changes or new features.
What are your working hours and how fast do you reply?
I work 9am-5pm Eastern (New York), Mon-Fri. Messages sent in those hours usually get a reply within an hour or two; evenings and weekends are answered the next business morning. Active order deadlines are not affected - if I commit to a delivery date, I hit it.
