FAQ
When do you deliver my order?
Orders are delivered within 24-48 hours depending on length of script. Scripts longer than 500 words will take longer than a day. NOTE: For FASTER delivery, please purchase the 'Super Fast Delivery' gig extra. This puts your order first in line.
What does commercial rights mean?
If you intend to use the voice over for business related purposes, (with the exception of paid marketing channels), you will need to purchase the 'Commercial Rights' gig extra.
Do you offer revisions?
If I make an error with pronounciation of a word or miss a word entirely, i will be more than happy to correct it free of charge. Any errors on your part or changes in script will be an extra charge.
what is 'Extra Fast Deliver'?
By purchasing this gig extra, your order goes to the first in line and is usually delivered within 12-14 hours.
What accents or languages do you offer?
PLEASE NOTE: if your script includes words in a foreign language, please contact me to discuss as there is no guarantee that i will pronounce word(s) correctly.
Can you add music?
If you add this gig extra, i can add royalty free music from my library or you can send me the music file of your choice to add on.
Do you write scripts?
I offer to proofread script for grammatical errors but I do not write scripts at this time.
