FAQ
When do you deliver my order?
Orders are delivered within 48 hours depending on length of script. Scripts longer than 750 words will require additional day. NOTE: For FASTER delivery, please purchase one of the gig extras, 'Super Fast Delivery' or 'Extra Fast Delivery'. This puts your order first in line.
Do you offer faster delivery?
Yes. Please choose one of the gig extras: For 24 hour delivery - Extra Fast Delivery Push your order to the front of the line, Less than 24 hour delivery - Super Fast Delivery
Can you proofread my script?
Yes. Please check my gig extra to proofread your script.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes - If I make an error with pronounciation of a word or miss a word entirely, i am more than happy to correct it free of charge. Any errors, adding words or changes in script on your part will be an extra charge.
Do I need to add on Commercial Rights and what does it mean?
If you intend to use the voice over for business related purposes, (with the exception of paid marketing channels), you will need to purchase the 'Commercial Rights' gig extra.
Can you add music?
Yes - If offer this as a gig extra. I can add royalty free music or you can send me the music file of your choice.
