When do you deliver my order?
Delivery depends on amount of words in script and other options included in your order. You can type in amount of words on my page and it will tell you when it will be delivered. I do offer fast delivery in add-on. Or you can message me to inquire as well.
What does commercial rights mean?
If you intend to use the voice over for business related purposes, (with the exception of paid marketing channels), you will need to purchase the 'Commercial Rights' gig extra.
Do you offer revisions?
If I make an error with pronunciation of a word or miss a word entirely, i will be more than happy to correct it free of charge. Any errors on your part or changes in script will be an extra charge.
What is 'Extra Fast Deliver'?
By purchasing this gig extra, your order goes to the first in line and is usually delivered within 12-14 hours.
What accents or languages do you offer?
I only offer an American accent. PLEASE NOTE: if your script includes words in a foreign language, please specify correct pronunciation to avoid possible errors.
Can you add music?
Yes. If you add this gig extra, I can add royalty free music from my library or you can send me the music file of your choice to add on.
Do you write scripts?
I offer to proofread script for grammatical errors but I do not write scripts at this time.
