I will clean and validate excel or CSV data with a QA report
About this Gig
I turn messy Excel and CSV files into clean, reviewable outputs. Depending on the package, I can flag duplicate records, normalize agreed date/number/text formats, identify blanks and type anomalies, reconcile sheets, and prepare a repeatable cleanup workflow.
I preserve the original input, keep source-row references where practical, and flag uncertain values instead of silently guessing or deleting them. Every order includes a cleaned output and a concise QA/change log; Standard and Premium add the listed reconciliation or workflow deliverables.
Please send a redacted screenshot or representative sample before ordering so I can confirm the file count, row volume, rules, output format, and acceptance checks.
Portfolio note: the attached SheetFix screenshots and two-page PDF tables sample are self-initiated synthetic-data demonstrations, not paid client work. The PDF sample passed 16 recorded structural and total checks plus visual review.
I do not fabricate data, complete graded assignments, bypass passwords or permissions, or provide accounting, legal, or medical conclusions.
FAQ
Which files can I send?
Excel or UTF-8 CSV is the normal scope. Export a Google Sheet to XLSX or CSV before ordering. Ask first about legacy XLS, PDF, password protection, macros, VBA, external links, or data connections.
Can you decide which value is correct?
Only when you provide an authoritative rule or known-correct example. Ambiguous values are listed for review rather than guessed.
Will you delete duplicate rows?
Not silently. I first flag or isolate suspected duplicates using the key you approve. Deletion happens only when it is explicitly included in the written rules.
Do I need to share my full workbook before ordering?
No. Start with a redacted screenshot or representative sample. Do not send identity numbers, banking details, medical records, passwords, or other high-risk data in public messages.
Are your portfolio examples client projects?
No. They are clearly labelled, self-initiated synthetic-data demonstrations. They show the review method and QA structure, not paid-client history.
What does one revision include?
One consolidated correction round against the rules and acceptance checks agreed at the start. New files, new transformation rules, or a larger volume require a revised quote.
Can you work with macros or automated workbooks?
Only after a sample review. Unknown VBA, external systems, damaged files, or security-sensitive automation are outside the listed packages unless separately scoped.
