Can you handle scanned PDFs or low-quality images?
Yes — I use OCR preprocessing on scanned documents and clean up the output before extraction. Send a sample first so I can confirm readability and scope your package.
What file formats do you deliver?
Excel (.xlsx), Google Sheets, or CSV. Let me know your preference when you order — I default to Excel unless you tell me otherwise.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I treat all documents as confidential and delete source files after delivery unless you ask me to retain them. NDAs are available on request for larger or sensitive projects.
What if my project is bigger than your Premium package?
Message me before ordering with a sample and rough volume. I'll send a custom offer scoped and priced to fit. I'd rather quote it right than have you order the wrong package.
Can you handle non-English documents?
English only at this time. If you have multilingual documents, message me and I'll let you know if I can help or refer you elsewhere.
How do I know the data will be accurate?
Every delivery goes through a quality-control pass before it reaches you. For Premium orders, I include a validation report flagging anything ambiguous in the source documents. If you spot an error, I'll fix it under your revision allowance.
