The evaluation sheet that I will provide you with, is an excel sheet containing many evaluation factors, each ranging from 0 to 4 Points as a score, then all scores are added together to determine an overall score which will be your main factor in whether you should bid that particular solicitation you're interested in or not.

After you get the overall score, you will get one of the 3 conclusions:

1. Bid (Go!)
2. Requires Further Evaluation
3. No bid (No-Go)
