Do you need my seed phrase or access to my wallet?
Never. Do not share seed phrases, private keys, passwords or verification codes. You stay in control and carry out any approved steps yourself. I provide guidance using redacted screenshots and public transaction details, with no custody or remote account access.
Can you recover lost funds or guarantee a fix?
No. The deliverable is diagnosis, guided troubleshooting and written next steps. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. I cannot recover missing keys, reverse confirmed transfers, bypass exchange restrictions or guarantee a solution. I will identify when official support is needed.
How do sessions and package work hours work?
We agree on a time in Fiverr messages and use Fiverr-approved communication tools. Basic includes 30 live minutes, Standard 60, and Premium two 60-minute sessions. Total work hours include my preparation and written summary. One clarification of the agreed issue is included.
Which wallets and issues can you help with?
Message your wallet name, device, blockchain network and error before ordering. I can help with common setup, connection, token visibility and transaction-status issues, including MetaMask. I confirm each case first. Coding, security audits, trading and exchange account recovery are excluded.
