Do I need technical skills to set this up?
No. You create a Telegram/whatsapp bot with @BotFather (2 minutes — I send you the exact steps) and share a Google Sheet with me. I do everything else and hand it over working.
Can it read my currency and language?
Yes. Tell me your currency, language and timezone before ordering and I'll configure it. It already handles regional receipt formats and Indian payment apps like GPay, PhonePe and Paytm.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. The bot is yours, the sheet is yours, and data goes straight from Telegram into your own Google account. Nothing is stored on my servers, and I remove my access after handover.
Can my team or family use the same bot?
Yes — that's the Premium package. Each person's expenses get tagged to them in the same sheet, so you can filter by person or see the combined total.
Do I need to pay for the AI?
No — it runs on a free-tier AI model at normal personal volume. For heavy business use I'll show you the exact cost, usually under $1/month. You own the API key either way, so there's nothing locked to me.
What if it reads a receipt wrong?
You get a confirmation message showing exactly what it captured, so mistakes are obvious immediately. Anything it can't read confidently is rejected with a friendly error instead of being logged wrong into your sheet.
What happens if it breaks later?
Every package includes revisions after delivery. If an API changes months down the line, I offer ongoing support as a monthly plan — message me and I'll quote it.
