How detailed CAD/PDF or images of the plan required to make the 3D Model?
it all depends on the requirement of the images that would be rendered. Further coordination are needed to meet the expectation of the images.
Do you custom design all the 3D Model?
No, I just do the model required and describe in the floor plan for the exterior and the interior, for the furniture I will use 3D templates that already existed in the internet.
