FAQ
What is included in monthly wordpress website maintenance?
It includes safe WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates, automated file and database backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, security hardening, performance optimization, and bug fixing.
Why do I need professional wordpress security and updates?
Outdated plugins and unpatched themes are the leading causes of WordPress malware attacks. Routine wordpress security checks and manual updates prevent site crashes, hack attempts, and security vulnerabilities.
How often are website backups created and where are they stored?
Backups are performed weekly or daily depending on your plan. They include complete file and database snapshots stored on secure cloud servers with instant 1 click restore support.
What happens if an update breaks my WordPress website?
I create a full site backup before applying any updates. If a plugin conflict occurs, I instantly restore the working version or troubleshoot and perform a wordpress bug fix immediately.
Can you handle custom bug fixing, layout edits, and plugin setup?
Yes. Every monthly plan includes dedicated custom hours for text/image edits, layout adjustments, plugin configuration, CSS fixes, and general troubleshooting.
Do you offer WooCommerce monthly website maintenance and support?
Yes. I maintain WooCommerce stores, ensuring safe product updates, payment gateway stability, database optimization, and daily cloud backups for active store transactions.
How does 24/7 uptime monitoring work for my website?
Your website is monitored every 5 minutes. If your site goes down or experiences server errors, I receive an instant notification to inspect and resolve the issue quickly.
What is included in the monthly Web Care Report?
At the end of each billing period, you receive a transparent PDF report detailing completed updates, backup logs, security scan results, uptime stats, and performance recommendations.
What admin credentials do I need to provide for technical support?
To get started, you need to provide WordPress administrator access. For deep security hardening, database tuning, or site restoration, cPanel or hosting logins may also be required.
Why should I hire a dedicated website manager instead of auto updating?
Automated updates frequently cause theme conflicts, broken page layouts, and database errors. A dedicated website manager manually tests updates, verifies functionality, and keeps your site running smoothly.
