FAQ
What do I need to get started?
Once you place an order, I’ll need your business name, tagline (if any), industry, preferred colors, and any inspiration or ideas you have for the logo. This helps us design a logo that aligns with your brand vision
What’s the difference between the packages?
The Basic package includes two logo concept and minimal revisions. The Standard package provides three concepts, unlimited revisions, and source files. The Premium package offers four concepts, unlimited revisions, and additional extras like stationery design and social media kits.
What’s included in the stationery design and social media kit?
The stationery design includes branded business card, letterhead, and envelope designs. The social media kit provides profile images, banners, and post templates optimized for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring brand consistency online.
What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive high-resolution PNG and JPG files in all packages. The Standard and Premium packages also include vector formats like AI, EPS, and PDF for printing and scalability across any medium.
Do you offer 3D logos?
Yes! Our Premium package includes professional 3D logo design, perfect for brands that want a more dynamic and visually impactful identity.
Can I request a specific style, like minimalist, geometric, or luxury logos?
Absolutely! We specialize in minimalist, geometric, luxury, and feminine logo styles. Let us know your preference, and we will customize the design accordingly.
What if I need additional revisions?
Each package comes with a set number of revisions, but you can request extra revisions for an additional cost. Our goal is to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your final logo
Do you offer a refund if I’m not satisfied?
While We don’t offer refunds after the first delivery, revisions are included to ensure satisfaction. Clear communication from the start will help avoid any issues
Can I get a logo for printing and web use?
Yes, we provide both print-ready and web-ready versions of your logo. You’ll receive the necessary file formats for business cards, websites, social media, and more.
