FAQ
What SCORM versions and standards do you support?
I develop for SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 (2nd, 3rd, and 4th Edition), AICC, xAPI (Tin Can), and cmi5, and I test every package on SCORM Cloud before delivery to confirm it loads, tracks, and reports correctly.
Which authoring tools and LMS platforms do you work with?
I use Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and iSpring Suite, and my courses run on Moodle, TalentLMS, LearnDash, Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Canvas, Blackboard, LearnWorlds, Thinkific, Teachable, and Tutor LMS.
My SCORM course shows "Incomplete" even after learners finish it — can you fix that?
Yes. Inconsistent completion status is usually a tracking-type mismatch (slide-view vs. result/quiz tracking) in the Storyline publish settings. I correct the reporting configuration so your LMS records completion accurately.
Can you fix a course that won't resume where the learner left off?
Yes. This is often caused by suspend_data exceeding the SCORM 1.2 character limit from long branching or question text. I optimize the course structure so resume and bookmarking work reliably.
Why is my LMS rejecting the SCORM zip file on upload?
Import failures usually come from a missing or corrupted imsmanifest.xml, special characters in the file name, or an unzipped package. I rebuild and repackage the manifest so it uploads cleanly to your LMS.
Can you convert my existing PowerPoint, PDF, or Word content into SCORM?
Yes, I convert PPT, PDF, Word, and video files into interactive SCORM/HTML5 elearning courses with quizzes, narration, and branching as needed.
What's the turnaround time and how many revisions do I get?
Turnaround depends on package size (Basic/Standard/Premium), and each package includes revisions — message me your content and LMS details before ordering and I'll confirm an exact timeline.
