What is the difference between a Concept and a Variation?
A concept is a completely distinct design direction presented in the initial phase. A variation is a functional layout (such as a stacked version, horizontal version, or standalone icon) of the one final concept you select for the brand guide.
Do you build full brand books for every initial logo concept?
No. The multiple concepts in the Standard and Premium packages allow you to choose a visual direction. Once you select a single winning logo, I will design the layout variations, color profiles, and the comprehensive brand guide exclusively for that final design.
What do you need from me to start the Basic package?
Because the Basic package focuses on brand rules and does not include a new logo design, I will need your existing logo in a scalable vector format (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG) so I can accurately extract the colors and build your style sheet.
What if I only have a JPG or PNG of my existing logo?
o create a professional brand board with exact color profiling, I require a scalable vector file. If you do not have one, simply select the "Vectorize Existing Logo" extra at checkout. I will manually recreate your image into a crisp, print-ready vector before building your style guidelines.
