Your final script (or bullet points of the features you want to highlight). Brand assets (logo, brand colors, fonts). Screen recordings, Figma files, or access to your software dashboard so I can see the UI in action.
Do you just use raw screen recordings, or do you animate the UI?
I do both depending on your project's needs! For high-end SaaS promo and explainer videos, I recreate or isolate your core UI components (buttons, charts, dashboards) to create ultra-clean, distraction-free custom UI animations with smooth camera movements and 3D tilts.
Can you help with the scriptwriting and voiceover?
Yes! If you already have a script and voiceover, we can jump straight into editing. If you need them created from scratch, I offer professional SaaS scriptwriting and studio-grade AI or human voiceovers as Gig Extras. Message me first so I can include them in a custom offer.
What software do you use, and can I buy the source files?
I build all SaaS motion graphics and edits primarily in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (alongside Figma/Illustrator for UI assets). Yes, you can purchase the organized After Effects project files as an add-on when placing your order.
What aspect ratios and formats do you deliver?
By default, I deliver in 16:9 widescreen (MP4, 1080p or 4K), which is ideal for website landing pages and YouTube. If you need vertical (9:16) or square (1:1) versions for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, or Instagram Reels ads, I can adapt the layout for an additional fee.
What if my software UI changes or I need revisions?
Every package includes rounds of revisions covering animation timing, visual adjustments, and text tweaks. Please note that changing the script or voiceover after animation has started will require an additional fee, as the visual timing is built directly around the audio.
