FAQ
Do I need to have my logo ready before ordering?
Yes, we need your logo before starting the animation. If you already have it in PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG, we can review it and work with it. If you do not have a logo yet, we can also create one for an additional cost before moving on to the animation.
Can you animate my logo if I only have a PNG or JPG file?
Yes, in many cases we can still work with a PNG or JPG file. If needed, we can also vectorize your logo before animation to achieve a cleaner and more professional final result.
Is every logo animation custom made?
Yes. Every logo animation is created from scratch to match your brand style, personality, and goals. We do not use premade templates for our custom logo animations.
What file formats do you deliver?
Depending on the package and your project needs, we can deliver your logo animation in MP4, MOV, GIF, or Lottie. We can also provide a transparent background version when needed.
Can you add sound effects or music?
Yes. Sound effects and music are included in the Standard and Premium packages. If you already have your own audio or want a specific mood, we can also work with that.
Can I use the animation on YouTube, social media, websites, or presentations?
Yes. Our logo animations can be created for YouTube intros, websites, social media, presentations, apps, product launches, and other business uses. Commercial rights are included for professional use.
Can you create a faster delivery?
In some cases, yes. Faster delivery depends on the complexity of the animation and our current schedule. Please send us a message before ordering if you need a rush delivery.
How do you decide the animation style for my logo?
We start with a short questionnaire to understand your brand, audience, and preferences. Then we review your logo and suggest the animation direction that fits your style and the way you plan to use it.

I loved working with Arigato Studios. This is my first time on Fiverr so I had no idea what to expect. Their designs were amazing. Like most people, I had little nitpicks and adjustments I wanted. Each time they responded quickly and did just what I asked for. I can assure you I will be back to them...

Avoid this seller. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their work. Low quality animation for the price advertised and the time required to work on it. Explicit instructions in the brief were ignored. Communication timeframes were poor and promised revisions were not delivered on time before...
