Can I get my menu design faster than the standard delivery time?
Yes, I understand that sometimes you need things done urgentl. I offer an Extra Fast 24-hour delivery service which you can select as a "Gig Extra" when placing your order. This allows your design to be prioritized for a quicker turnaround for an additional fee.
Will I receive the editable source files?
The fully editable Adobe Illustrator (.ai) source file is included automatically if you purchase the Premium Package. If you order the Basic or Standard packages, the source file is not included by default, but you can easily add it to your order for a small additional fee of $5.
What file formats will be delivered?
Every order receives print-ready PDFs and high-resolution PNG files that are ready for use. As mentioned regarding source files, the editable Adobe Illustrator file is only provided if you order the Premium package or purchase the separate source file add-on.
Can I edit the text or prices myself later?
You can certainly edit the text or prices later if you have the editable source file. This means if you order the Premium package or add the $5 source file extra to the other packages, you will have the ability to open the file in Adobe Illustrator and make future updates yourself.
What do I need to provide to get started?
To ensure the design process runs smoothly, please provide your final menu list including all text and prices in a Word or text document.
