What do you need before we start?
Send the apps you use, what should trigger the workflow, the actions you want, sample input/output and expected usage. I will confirm scope and required access before building. Please do not send passwords in chat; we will use suitable account invitations or credential setup.
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers one small workflow between two apps. Standard covers a broader CRM process with routing and duplicate checks. Premium adds a defined AI classification or agent step with approval. Send your requirements and I will recommend the smallest package that fits.
Can you connect an app that is not listed?
Possibly. Send its name and the actions you need. I will check its n8n integration or API, authentication, plan requirements and limits before confirming feasibility. An available API does not guarantee every requested action is supported.
Are subscriptions, hosting and AI costs included?
No. Package prices cover the agreed implementation. You pay for n8n hosting or Cloud, connected apps and API usage. I will identify likely paid dependencies before you order; actual usage charges depend on your providers and volume.
Can you fix an existing n8n workflow?
Yes, after reviewing a redacted workflow export, the error and expected result. Repair work is scoped separately; a listed build package does not cover unlimited diagnosis or an unknown full rebuild.
Will AI make decisions or send messages automatically?
Only as explicitly agreed. Premium can classify a lead and prepare the next action. We can require human approval before sending or updating important information. AI can make mistakes, so we agree test cases and fallback behaviour.
Will I own and be able to manage the workflow?
The workflow will be configured in your account, with an export, documentation and a recorded walkthrough. You remain responsible for your app accounts, subscriptions and third-party terms. Transferable custom deliverables are identified in the order scope.
What support do I receive after delivery?
All packages include seven calendar days of fixes for defects in the agreed workflow, starting at delivery. New requirements, provider outages, changed API behaviour and changes made after handover are assessed separately. Ongoing maintenance is optional.
What is n8n and why not just use Zapier?
n8n is an open-source automation platform that's more flexible and cheaper to run at scale than Zapier, especially for high-volume or complex multi-step workflows — no per-task subscription creep.
