What software do you use to prepare models?
I prefer to use Microsoft Excel. I can use Google Sheets if required.
Will you send me a list of assumptions/drivers?
I will have a separate tab with a list of the assumptions and drivers used in the model. I will include the main items as part of the Forecast Report (if the add-on is purchased).
Will you provide the Excel version of the model?
I will provide the completed work both in Excel and PDF for your convenience.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement/NDA?
Yes I will sign a confidentiality agreement or NDA. I treat all my clients' information with the utmost confidentiality.
How much information do you need from the buyer?
The more information I have to work with, the better I can craft your business plan to suite investor's needs. Rather give me too much information than too little. I will also ask you if I need some more information. Together we can achieve more!
