I will 3d model a game ready mesh

I will make you a Game-Ready 3D model that will have proper UV unwrapping, all applied scales and tested by me in Unreal Engine to make sure it will work. I offer one revision and will communicate my best with you to understand what you need. Reference images or detailed descriptions are much preferred, but are not required as long as you can describe what you would like me to create. I can create scene props as well as buildings, if the building you would like requires an inside then the delivery might take longer, but I will try my best to stick to the timeframe given.
