Which voice agent platforms do you work with?
Vapi, Retell, Bland, Synthflow, Twilio based agents and custom stacks built on the OpenAI or Anthropic APIs. If your platform is not listed, message me with the name and the failure and I will tell you before you order whether I can take it.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to the agent dashboard and the systems it touches (calendar, CRM, webhook endpoint), a plain description of what goes wrong, and how to reproduce it. Call recordings, logs or a failing test number speed everything up. Use scoped or temporary credentials and revoke them after delivery.
What if the problem turns out to be unfixable?
I tell you before you order. Message me the platform and the failure first. If it is a provider outage, a plan limit, or a system that needs a rebuild rather than a repair, I say so up front and we rescope or you do not order. I do not sell diagnoses dressed up as fixes.
What exactly do I get when the order is delivered?
The repair applied in your agent, a retest against the real call path with the evidence (recording, log or screenshot), and short written notes on what caused it and what I changed. Premium adds regression checks on the related flows and rollback notes so you can undo the change if you ever need to.
Can you fix an agent that someone else built?
Yes, that is most of the work. I do not need the original builder. I need access to the agent and its integrations, and a way to reproduce the failure. If the build is so fragile that a repair would not hold, I will tell you that before you order rather than patch it and let it break again.
