What are Rights? And Do I need them?
In voiceover, like any acting, the more exposure an ad gets the more it costs. I think this is fair. My rights range from basic business use in only free placements (commercial rights on all) to adding an additional broadcast license for LOCAL ads, more exposure, to NATIONAL ads, the most exposure.
USAGE RATES for TV/RADIO/INTERNET/SOCIAL MEDIA AD BUYS
Please add when ordering or I will have to send them before work is done. ANY PAID ad campaigns on FB IG TikTok X Internet or a regional/local broadcast spot for radio or tv (THOSE RIGHTS PLUS COMMERCIAL are Required) NATIONAL broadcast streaming/tv/radio NATIONAL Rights per 13 weeks-Or buyout
USAGE RIGHTS for OTHER USES than Paid Ad campaigns.
Any business use in non-paid marketing channels like free social media posts or a video on your website, or free Youtube videos- COMMERCIAL RIGHTS ARE REQUIRED- LIVE Usage for event or other- LIVE RIGHTS REQUIRED- Video Game Character- VIDEO GAME RIGHTS REQUIRED
What if I don't like your take?
I provide one revision free of charge and based on your feedback that will generally do it. If we need more, there is an option to add more for an additional fee.
Does the script need to be in English?
YES. Please take care of the translation prior to sending the script. https://translate.google.com/
What is a revision?
A revision is a different read style of the ORIGINAL script-more upbeat, energy, etc. For longer scripts I will send a sample prior to the full for approval so we can avoid differences and have the correct style right away. There are additional fees for any minor script changes after submission.
Do I allow call in sessions?
Yes, for extra fees, depending on how much time you want-Google Meet, Zoom, Source Connect, whatever you'd like.
Do I use AI for any of my voice work?
NO. I am an actor and I LOVE doing the work myself, and I think it sounds better and I do not want a computer to do it for me.
