I handle the full build: spaces and permissions, paid access and checkout, course and cohort structure, automated enrollment, and the onboarding flow that gives a new member something to do the minute they arrive.

Past launch, I set up what keeps the place alive. A content calendar your team can follow, prompts that get replies, a live call rhythm, rewards for the members who carry the culture, and moderation rules written down so nothing depends on you being online.

I also run migrations between platforms, members, posts, and paid access included.
