I will design cnc cut files with flat pattern, sheet nesting for fabrication

Level 1
About this gig
Need CNC cut files that are truly manufacturing-readynot just converted DXFs?
I create engineering-grade CNC cut files optimized for plasma, laser, waterjet, router, and oxy-fuel cutting. Every design is prepared with clean geometry, proper tolerances, kerf compensation, and efficient sheet nesting to reduce waste and ensure accurate fabrication.
You'll receive:
- Clean DXF, DWG & editable CAD files
- Kerf compensation for your cutting process
- Optimized nesting layouts for maximum material yield
- Flat patterns for sheet metal parts
- Part numbering, material callouts & cut lists (BOM)
- Manufacturing-ready files with no duplicate lines or open paths
I design for:
- Structural steel plates & brackets
- Automotive & off-road accessories
- Trailer & chassis components
- Industrial machine parts
- Sheet metal enclosures & panels
- Architectural metalwork
I work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, Hardox, Corten, acrylic, MDF, and more.

FAQ
What information do you need to create my CNC cut files?
I need to know your cutting process (plasma, laser, waterjet, or router), the material and thickness (e.g. 6mm mild steel, 3mm aluminium 5052), your sheet size, and the part drawing or sketch — a DXF, PDF, SolidWorks file, AutoCAD drawing, or even a hand sketch with dimensions
What is kerf compensation and why does it matter for my cut files?
Kerf is the width of material removed by the cutting process — the gap left behind by the plasma arc, laser beam, or waterjet stream. CNC plasma typically removes 1.5–3mm, laser removes 0.1–0.5mm, and waterjet removes 0.8–1.5mm depending on the machine and material.
