Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Nothing. Show up with the thing you've been stuck on. That's it.
What if I have more than one thing I'm stuck on?
Bring them all. Part of what we'll do in the session is figure out which one is actually the live wire and start there.
Will I leave with something written?
You'll leave with clarity — the sentence, the frame, or the direction you've been looking for. If you want a written summary of what emerged, that's available as an add-on.
Is this coaching?
It's not ongoing coaching. It's one focused conversation designed to get you unstuck on one specific thing. Many clients go on to book deeper work, but this session stands completely on its own.
What if I can't even articulate what I'm stuck on?
That's actually the most common way people arrive. Not being able to name it is part of the problem, and part of what the session solves. You don't need to know what to call it. Just show up.
How is this different from hiring a copywriter?
A copywriter needs to know what you want to say before they can write it. This session is for when you don't know yet — or when you know but can't find the words. We find the thing first. Then you can take it anywhere.
