For the past year, I managed and optimized digital advertising campaigns for NAVIMN Company using Google Ads. My primary goal was to build a consistent, scalable lead generation system while reducing overall acquisition costs. When I started, the account lacked proper structure and accurate tracking. I completely restructured the campaigns by organizing tightly themed ad groups, refining keyword targeting, and implementing strong negative keyword strategies to eliminate wasted spend. I also set up reliable conversion tracking through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to ensure every lead was properly measured. Throughout the year, I continuously optimized performance by: Conducting detailed search term analysis A/B testing ad copies and extensions Improving Quality Scores to lower CPC Adjusting bidding strategies (Target CPA & Max Conversions) Reallocating budget to high-performing campaigns As a result, NAVIMN achieved a 35–45% reduction in cost-per-lead and a significant increase in conversion rates. I also scaled profitable campaigns by gradually increasing budgets and expanding into new target locations without compromising ROI. Beyond performance metrics, I provided consistent reporting, strategic insights, and data-driven recommendations to support smarter marketing decisions. My one-year role at NAVIMN transformed their advertising into a structured, optimized, and predictable revenue channel—focused on measurable growth, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
