I will do 30 days of moodle updates and support

**NOTE**

This service is meant for 1 (one) "healthy" moodle site and contemplates fixing "eventual" failures occured during order period.

1) MOODLE SUPPORT

-I will do support of partial or full functionality "eventual" failures of moodle and or hosting during the service running period.

-responses will be sent on office hours at timezone GMT-3 (Mon to Fri from 8am to 5pm).

2) ADMIN ASSISTANCE

-assistance and support for moodle administrator user, about moodle usage and setup

-includes upto ~5 requests per month

(applies to your moodle existing functionalities or questions about consulting of new functionalities. Does not include the setup of new functionalities)

3) MAINTENANCE AND BACKUP

-moodle full daily backup setup (to external storage indicated by you)

-moodle security upgrades: all 

-moodle minor upgrades: 1 per month

**Requirements**:

we need admin full access to

-server, hosting account or shared cpanel

-moodle admin user

**This offer applies on:**

-1 (one) healthy and updated running moodle site

-shared or cloud hosting with hosting panel (any: cpanel, spanel, plesk or similar)

-moodle instance total space upto 50GB
