FAQ
Is the app subscription included?
No. The USD 500 fee is for setup. Papervela Pro costs USD 7.99/month separately through Wix. Your existing Wix plan also remains separate.
What do you need before starting?
Your Wix URL, final public PDFs, collection names and colors. After scope is agreed, the site owner grants Wix editor access and creates a Papervela manager invitation in Workspace settings. Both are needed; never send passwords. Pro is required separately.
Will replacing a PDF keep my existing links?
Replacement updates displays connected to that document in Papervela. Existing Wix Media Manager URLs and unrelated embeds are not automatically converted. We agree which displays to set up before starting.
Can we work without a call?
Yes. Scope, progress, preview and handover can be handled through Fiverr messages. Please send the site URL, document count and desired date before ordering so we can confirm a suitable scope and schedule.
What happens after delivery?
You receive a written guide to replacing PDFs, managing collections and restoring versions. One consolidated revision within the agreed scope is included. Ongoing document maintenance, PDF editing and full website redesign are not included.
