During my first two full seasons with my current team (MTK Budapest), we won the league both times. While I'm proud of that achievement, I'm even prouder of the work we do every day. Our main goal is to prepare 17- and 18-year-old players for senior football. Every day, we challenge them in training, help improve their decision-making and game intelligence through both individual and team video analysis and support their development with empathy, understanding, humour, a friendly approach and genuine care for each player. I believe that setting high standards while building strong relationships with players is one of the most important parts of player development. less
