I am responsible for DPDP Act compliance, which includes drafting and maintaining its privacy policies. I work from the DPDP Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, and turn their requirements into documents and practices the business can follow. This has given me hands-on experience of applying data protection law in a live commercial setting, not only analysing it in research.
