About me
I am an Amazon seller and computer science graduate (B.Tech) based in Ontario, Canada. I run my own Amazon store, The Maple Finds, with 4 live listings. Every day I build listings, check supplier stock, create CJ orders, add tracking, and reply to buyers. Enter large customer lists - including lists of 500 names - into Google Sheets or Excel with name, phone, email and city columns. Take lists from paper photos, WhatsApp messages, PDFs, Word files or screenshots and return one clean, sorted sheet. Clean messy data: remove duplicate names, fix phone and email formats, fill missing columns, sort A-Z. Check every row twice before delivery - in data work, one wrong digit is a lost customer for the client.

Build inventory trackers: product, SKU, quantity, unit cost and total value with live formulas (multiplication, SUM totals). Build order trackers and monthly expense trackers with categories and automatic totals. Use SUM, VLOOKUP and sorting / filtering to turn long raw lists into answers a shop owner can read in seconds. Format sheets so anyone can use them: clear headers, colours, frozen top row, no confusing clutter.

Check CJ US-warehouse stock against Amazon quantity for every listed product on a fixed Mon / Thu routine. Golden rule I follow: Amazon quantity never goes above real CJ stock - overselling means cancellations and account risk. Track stock per SKU in a tracker sheet, note low-stock items early, and plan reorders before a listing runs dry. Match quantities after every sale so the numbers on Amazon, CJ and my sheet always agree.
