Choose a sales-data review or a forecast you can use for planning. I bring 20+ years in corporate finance and a master's in Data Science.
All packages cover ONE monthly sales series in one Excel/CSV file, with up to 60 months of history. Forecast packages require 24-60 months, ideally 36+.
BASIC: One-page data-readiness review covering missing/duplicate months, format and history length, with next steps. No forecast or data repair.
STANDARD: Forecast up to 6 months, comparison of at least two suitable models against a benchmark, time-based validation, Excel tables/charts and a short methodology summary.
PREMIUM: Forecast up to 12 months, model comparison, Excel, Python code, detailed validation report and one 30-minute consultation.
Forecast methods may include SARIMAX, XGBoost and exponential smoothing, selected to fit your data. Price/promotion inputs are Premium only, if agreed.
One revision within the selected scope is included. Additional series, major data repair, new scenarios and deployment require a separate scope.

What data do you need?
One Excel or CSV file with monthly dates and sales values for ONE product, category or total-sales series, maximum 60 observations. Forecast packages need 24-60 months, ideally 36+. Basic can review shorter histories. Mention missing periods, returns and stockouts.
Will you use SARIMAX or XGBoost?
For Standard and Premium, these are candidates alongside exponential smoothing and simple benchmarks. I compare suitable models using time-based validation. The choice depends on history length and data quality. Basic includes a data review only.
What will I receive?
Basic: a one-page data-readiness checklist. Standard: Excel forecasts/charts and a short methodology/validation summary. Premium: Excel, Python code, a detailed methodology/validation report and one 30-minute consultation. All packages include one revision within scope.
What does the revision cover?
One clarification or adjustment using the same dataset, sales series and agreed scope/horizon. For Basic, this applies to the written review only. Additional series, new datasets, major cleaning, new scenarios or deployment require a separate scope.

Please message before ordering Standard or Premium with your history length, forecast horizon and business decision so we can confirm data readiness and scope. Basic is a standalone data review; you can order it to understand whether your data is ready for forecasting.
Does Basic include a forecast or data cleaning?
No. Basic reviews one monthly sales series, up to 60 observations, and provides a one-page checklist of date/value format issues, missing or duplicate months, history length and next steps. It does not repair the file or build a forecasting model.
