I will do web scraping and extract data to excel
Python Automation and Data Specialist with Excel PDF Web Scraping
About this Gig
Need data from a website but don't want to copy and paste for hours?
I extract data from websites into Excel or Google Sheets quickly, clean, and structured.
I use Python (BeautifulSoup / Requests) to automate the process, so you get accurate results without errors.
Examples of what I can extract:
- Product lists (titles, price, description)
- Contacts and company directories
- Tables and paginated results
- Static websites and public data
THIS GIG DOES NOT cover:
- Login-protected websites
- Dynamic / Javascript-heavy sites (Selenium job custom offer)
How it works:
1) You send the website link + what fields you need extracted
2) I extract and clean the data
3) You receive a ready-to-use Excel/CSV file
Please send me a message BEFORE ordering so we confirm feasibility.

FAQ
What is "Static Web Scraping"? How do I know if my site will work?
This gig is for "Static" sites, where the data (like text, prices, or links) is loaded immediately in the HTML. It's perfect for articles, blogs, product catalogs, and directories. If you can see the data you want by "View Source" in your browser, my script will work!
My site requires a LOGIN, or I need to CLICK a button or SCROLL down to load the data. Can you scrape it?
No, not with this gig. Those sites are "Dynamic" and require a different, more complex tool (like Selenium), which I offer in my "Dynamic Web Scraping" gig. This gig is only for sites where the data is visible on the first load, without any interaction.
Is web scraping legal?
Yes, scraping publicly available data (information that anyone can see without a login) is generally considered legal for analysis and market research. I always follow ethical scraping practices and respect robots.txt policies. I do not scrape data from behind logins or private personal data.
I need data from 10,000 pages, not just one. Can you do that?
Absolutely! This is what my script is built for. My packages are based on the number of pages/products. For very large projects (thousands of pages), please send me a message with the details, and I will create a fast, fair custom offer for you.
What format will I receive the data in?
By default, I will deliver a single, clean Excel (.xlsx) file with all the data organized in columns (and column widths adjusted!). If you prefer, I can also provide the data in .csv or .json format, just let me know when you order.
