As a Producer, I perform executive production duties by establishing close communication with the client to fully understand the project's needs and implement them throughout the production process. Simultaneously, I handle public relations, budgets, develop critical path analyses, review contracts, manage supplier relationships, recruit staff, and create cost breakdowns and cash flow projections. As a Director, I write scripts, select cast and locations, develop visual proposals, direct actors on set, and coordinate and supervise various production teams. At Matruska Films, we have produced audiovisual projects of diverse types: feature films, short films, documentaries, ads, music videos, corporate videos, and more.
