About this Gig
If you have a Cisco device such as a router or a switch, I will provide a tailored configuration for it to suit your network needs. I have much experience with Cisco 800, Cisco 1800 series, Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ASA, Cisco 5508 wireless LAN controllers and stand alone wireless access points.
I also can help with configuration of Cisco Call Manager phone systems such as the UC540 or any IOS device running CME.
The basic Gig can be purchased if you need minor changes to any Cisco network gear like port forwarding, ACL setups, additional VLANs, additional IP addresses, user ephone and ephone-dn extension changes.
The other packages are for whole device configurations and troubleshooting issues.

FAQ
Do you need remote access?
Yes I will either need TeamViewer to a machine with a console cable connected to it or ssh access to the device if it's online.
The device is already configured but I need some help with a specific configuration
Please msg me your requirements or issues you're having with it. Once we've established the duration then you can purchase the gig.
I don't want to give you passwords to our network equipment
Please create a temporary user and password with privilege level 15. Once the job is complete the user can be removed.
