WHAT I CHECK
50, 75 or 100 checks: navigation and search, prices and options, trust and reviews, shipping and returns, the buy button and mobile usability, on home, collection, product page and cart. From Standard also the checkout up to the payment step. Premium goes deeper on search, reviews and filters.

Do you need access to my Shopify admin or analytics?
No. I review the public store exactly as a shopper sees it. Nothing is installed and nothing is changed.
Will you place an order or use my payment page?
No. From Standard I fill checkout with test details up to the payment step, to see what shoppers see. No order, account or payment is ever created.
Will the checkout test leave a trace?
Yes, one abandoned checkout with made-up test details may appear in your Shopify admin. You can ignore or delete it.
What is a "check"?
One specific question about your store, for example "Is the price visible without scrolling on a phone?". The problems that matter most are marked on screenshots as findings (up to 8, 12 or 15, by package).
Do you guarantee more sales?
No. Results depend on your traffic and on how the changes are made. What I do promise: every finding is specific, shown on your own store, and easy to verify.
What does a revision cover?
Clarifying or correcting anything in the report. A new check of your store after you change it is a separate re-check: message me when the changes are live and I'll send an offer.
Can you implement the fixes?
Yes. I also do speed optimization and custom coding for Shopify. After the audit, tell me which tasks you want done and I'll quote them.
My store sells in several countries. Which one do you review?
The US market in US dollars if your store offers it; otherwise your main market. Tell me if you want another one.
