Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send your project summary, technology stack, current issue, and expected result. I will review the information and confirm which package fits your project.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is a clearly defined problem within one feature or workflow, such as a failed build, broken API request, login error, or deployment failure. Multiple unrelated problems count as separate issues.
Can you work with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, or Claude-generated apps?
Yes, as long as the source code and required project access are available. Platform-specific work without source-code access must be reviewed before ordering.
Which technologies do you support?
My core stack includes React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, PostgreSQL, Docker, Nginx, and Linux VPS. Other stacks may be accepted after reviewing the codebase.
Can you develop new features?
Small changes may be handled through a custom offer. Major feature development, application redesigns, and full rewrites are not included in the standard packages.
Is a full security audit included?
No. I provide basic hardening related to the code and deployment scope, such as production configuration, secret handling, SSL, and obvious misconfigurations. Penetration testing and compliance audits are not included.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers adjustments when the agreed fix does not meet the approved requirements. New bugs, additional features, or changes outside the original scope are not revisions.
Are hosting and third-party fees included?
No. VPS, cloud services, domains, databases, paid APIs, and other third-party subscriptions must be provided and paid for by the client.
Can you deploy the application to my server?
Yes. The Premium package includes deployment to one production environment. Additional environments, servers, domains, or deployment pipelines require a custom offer.
What if the issue is caused by a third-party service?
I will review the available evidence before the order starts. If the issue cannot be resolved without third-party access, missing source code, or a larger scope, I will explain it before recommending an order.
