Q: Do I need to provide the content and images?
A: Ideally yes - your clinic details, treatment list, doctor bio and photos help me build something accurate. If you don't have everything ready, I can use professional placeholder content and licensed stock images, and swap them later.
Q: Will the website work properly on mobile?
A: Yes. Every site I build is mobile-first, since most patients search from their phones. I test on multiple screen sizes before delivery.
Q: Is a domain and hosting included in the price?
A: Hosting setup and deployment are included. The domain itself is purchased separately by you (usually $10-15/year) and stays fully in your ownership. I'll connect it for you.
Q: I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
A: Yes. Send me your current site link before ordering and I'll tell you which package fits and what I'd change.
Q: Can you add an appointment booking system?
A: Yes - a booking or enquiry form is included in the Standard and Premium packages. If you use a specific scheduling tool, message me first so I can confirm it can be integrated.
Q: What if I don't like the design?
A: Every package includes revisions, and I share a preview before final delivery so we can adjust the layout, colours or sections before anything is finalised.
Q: Can I see a live example before I order?
A: Yes. Message me and I'll send you links to sites I've built, including one with a working clinic admin dashboard where the practice edits its own services, doctors and pricing.
Q: Can I update the website myself afterwards?
A: With Premium, yes — you get a private admin dashboard for services, doctors, gallery, pricing and enquiries. With Basic and Standard, content changes come back to me or can be added as an extra.
Q: What technology do you use?
A: React, Next.js, Node.js and Tailwind CSS, deployed on Vercel. Custom-coded, which is why the sites load quickly and score well on Google's performance metrics.
Q: What happens after delivery?
A: You own everything — code, content, domain. Premium includes 14 days of post-launch support, and monthly maintenance is available as an extra. Pehla wala sabse upar rakho. Zero reviews wale gig par "proof dekh sakte ho" sabse pehla objection hai jo hatana hai.
