1. Do I need to write the script?
No. Every package includes a script. Send your product link and tell us which features matter most. We write it and send it for your approval before we start.
2. What do you need from me?
A test login is best, so we can learn the product ourselves. If that isn’t possible, a screen recording of each feature works too. Also your logo and brand colors.
3. Is this a screen recording?
No. We capture your product, then design it: clean zooms, callouts, a smooth cursor, captions and a consistent style across every video.
4. Can I add more tutorials later?
Yes. Every series uses one visual style, so new videos match the old ones when your product changes or gets new features.
5. Is a voiceover included?
Standard and Premium include an AI voiceover. A human voiceover is available as an extra. Every video also has captions, so it works without sound.
6. Which video formats do I get?
16:9 in Full HD, ready for your help center, YouTube or Loom-style pages. You can add a vertical version for social media as an extra.
7. Which tools have you made tutorials for?
