I build and repair websites at a scale where ordinary SEO advice stops working: 10,000 to 250,000 pages.
Most of my work is diagnosis. Why Google dropped your pages, why a deploy made your site invisible, whether AI search can actually read you. I measure instead of guessing - page-similarity scores, crawler byte-diffs, redirect assertions, header checks at the edge - and I send you the numbers, not adjectives.
Stack: Next.js, Astro, Sanity, WordPress, Vercel, Shopify.

Built and operate 36 production sites and 22 Google Search Console properties. Programmatic architectures at 20,000 to 250,000 pages on Next.js and Vercel. Diagnosed and recovered a 250,000-page mass deindexing using measured page-similarity analysis, then cut the page count to the pages that earned their place. Built the tooling the work runs on: a credential-free domain diagnostic, a 21-check cutover verification battery, and a CI step that fails the build on a stray noindex.
