Are you certified in Airtable and Softr?
Yes. I hold the Airtable Builder and Airtable Admin certifications and the Softr Professional certification, so I follow each platform's best practices and build systems that scale.
What do you need from me to start?
A short description of your process and goal. Helpful extras: an existing Airtable base or Softr app, screenshots or examples you like, and your brand colors and logo. You'll need active Airtable and Softr accounts.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That's fine. Tell me about your business and the process you want to fix. I'll recommend an Airtable structure, Softr setup and automation plan before any build starts.
Can you build both the Airtable backend and the Softr portal?
Yes. I build the Airtable backend (tables, formulas, views, automations) and the Softr front end (login, role-based access, dashboards) as one connected system.
What is the difference between the packages?
Basic is a consultation to plan your build. Standard is an Airtable database, interfaces, automations and a basic Softr app (up to 3 tables). Premium is a full Airtable + Softr web app (up to 5 tables). Larger jobs: message me.
Can you connect Make.com , N8n, Zapier or Stripe?
Yes. I build automations with Airtable, Make.com and Zapier N8n, and connect tools like Gmail, Slack and Google Sheets. I have also built Stripe checkout flows connected to Airtable and Softr.
Can you fix or rebuild my existing Airtable base or Softr app?
Yes. I audit messy bases, broken formulas and unused views, then restructure or rebuild them so they scale. You don't need to start from scratch.
Can you integrate Stripe pa yments or Memberstack into my Softr app?
Yes. I integrate Stripe for p-ay-ments, subscriptions, and checkout flows, and Memberstack for secure user login, role-based access, gated content, and membership management — all within your Softr web application.
What types of systems do you build most often?
I build Airtable CRMs, Softr client portals, project management systems, inventory databases, membership platforms, directories, and complete business systems with Make.com or Zapier automations—all tailored to streamline and scale your operations.
Can I manage the system myself after delivery?
Yes. Every delivery includes a walkthrough video and written documentation so your team can handle day-to-day changes. Extra support after delivery is available if you want it.
