As a Thumbnail Designer, I am responsible for creating high-converting, visually striking thumbnails for our company’s YouTube channels, social media platforms, and digital video content. My primary goal is to maximize Click-Through Rates (CTR), increase viewer engagement, and maintain consistent brand aesthetics by translating complex video concepts into a single, compelling visual hook.
