Do I need to give you Recharge admin access?
No full admin needed. A collaborator/staff login to Recharge (and Shopify if flows touch checkout) is enough for me to audit and build
What’s the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic is an audit and written plan only. Standard adds one built flow. Premium is a full build across cancellation, dunning, and win-back, plus a short call.
Will this work with my email/SMS tool (Klaviyo, Postscript)?
Yes. I build inside Recharge but map triggers and offers to whatever ESP/SMS platform you’re already running.
How fast can you turn this around?
Basic delivers in 3 days. Standard and Premium run 5-7 days depending on how many flows and how much back-and-forth on copy/offers.
Do you need my current churn or cancellation numbers?
Not required, but if you have your last 30-90 days of cancellation reasons and churn rate, I’ll tailor the plan instead of starting from a generic template.
