FAQ
Do you travel for shoots?
I'm based in Annapolis, MD and regularly work throughout the DC/Baltimore metro area, the Eastern Shore, and Northern Virginia. Travel beyond that region is available — just message me first so I can factor it into the custom offer.
Are you licensed to fly drones commercially?
Yes. I'm FAA Part 107 certified and carry commercial drone insurance. If your project requires a specific airspace authorization (near airports, restricted zones, etc.), message me in advance and I'll confirm whether it's feasible before you order.
Do I need to provide footage or do you shoot everything?
Both options are available. The Basic tier is edit-only using footage you supply. Standard and Premium include a shoot day. If you're not sure which you need, message me and we'll figure it out together.
What format will my final video be delivered in?
Standard delivery is MP4 (H.264), optimized for the platform(s) you specify. I also deliver ProRes or other formats on request. All projects include both a full-resolution master and a compressed web-ready version.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (see tiers). A revision round covers one consolidated batch of feedback — not individual back-and-forth changes. I ask that you collect all notes before submitting so we can move efficiently. Additional rounds are available as a gig extra.
What do you need from me to get started?
After the order is placed, I'll send a short intake form covering project goals, brand assets, reference videos, and key dates. The faster you can return that, the faster we move.
Can you write the script?
Yes. Scripting is included in Standard and Premium packages, and available as an add-on for Basic. I'll need your key messages, target audience, and tone direction to get started.
What if I need the video faster than your listed delivery time?
Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available as a gig extra depending on project complexity. Message me before ordering to confirm availability — I won't take a rush job I can't deliver well.
Do you do podcast production?
Yes, though it lives in a separate gig. Message me and I'll point you in the right direction.
