What access do I need?
I'll need to login to DNS provider to be able to set the records. Alternatively, I can provide exact DNS record values for you or your IT team to publish.
How long does it take for DNS changes to take effect?
Normally, it's just few mins, but full global propagation can take up to 24 hours depending on your DNS host.
Will this fix all my email delivery and spam issues immediately?
Proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment resolves technical authentication issues, which is the most critical requirement for email servers. However, if your domain or IP is blacklisted due to past activity, reputation warming may also be required.
Will configuring these records cause any downtime to my email service?
Absolutely not! Updating DNS records for authentication runs in the background and will never cause any downtime or interruption to your incoming or outgoing emails.
Can you set up records for third-party email tools like Mailchimp or SendGrid?
