• Monitor, analyse, and disseminate timely weather updates, hazard forecasts, and early warning messages. • Develop organisational contingency plans, including Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) guidelines for Multi-Hazard Response, business continuity frameworks, integrating disaster and security risk management matrices. • Prepare high-quality Situation Reports (SitReps), progress and completion reports, newsletters, organisational updates, and donor reports. • Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Terms of Reference (ToRs), case studies, best practices, and lessons learned documentation. • Design and facilitate training modules and guidelines for sector-specific disaster response and preparedness interventions. • Contribute to the development of project proposals, log frames, concept notes, and workplans in alignment with donor and organisational priorities. • Provide technical input in project design, ensuring integration of DRR components and innovative approaches. • Analyse geographical and disaster-related data to support risk analysis and decision-making. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and online maps to visualise DRR-related information and trends. • Collaborate with MEAL, programme, and technical teams to inform adaptive programming and strategy development.
