I will fix spf, dkim, dmarc and harden your microsoft 365 security
Software engineer, IT administrator, video and graphic designer
About this Gig
Are your emails landing in spam, failing authentication, or is your Microsoft 365 tenant still on default settings? I set up and fix SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and harden Microsoft 365 against common attacks.
I am an engineer running a UK-registered company, with an MSc in Software Engineering, 8 years of programming and 10 years of system administration.
What I cover:
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup or repair for your domain and sending services
- MFA and Conditional Access review and setup
- Microsoft Defender for Office 365 policy review
- Mailbox auditing checks
- Secure Score review with a prioritised action list
- A clear written report of what I found and changed
How I work: I use automated, read-only audit scripts to collect settings, then review every result and make changes myself. Access is via a delegated or temporary admin account that you control, and it is revoked after delivery.
Please note: DNS changes need access to your DNS provider, or you can add the records I supply.
Message me before ordering if you are unsure which package fits.

FAQ
What access do you need?
A delegated admin relationship or a temporary admin account that you create and control. I ask you to remove it after delivery, and I confirm when I no longer need it.
Do you need my DNS login?
DNS changes need access to your DNS provider. If you prefer, I send you the exact records to add and then verify them.
Will my email stop working?
I start DMARC in monitoring mode and only recommend stricter policies once reports show your legitimate senders pass. Changes are planned with you first.
Do you use automated tools?
Yes. I use automated, read-only audit scripts to collect settings. Every result is reviewed by me, and every change is made by me.
Which licences do I need?
Basic works with any mail provider. Defender and Conditional Access features depend on your Microsoft 365 plan; I will tell you what your licences support.
Do you work with Google Workspace?
Email authentication, yes. The hardening packages are for Microsoft 365.
