I will audit your zapier, make or n8n automation workflow

Your Zap fires when it feels like it, or the job is still done by hand. Either way, nobody has mapped it.

Before you rebuild anything in Zapier, Make or n8n, somebody should write down what actually happens now: every step, every copy-paste, every "and then I check whether it looks right."

That is this gig. You tell me how the work gets done today and send screenshots of any workflow you have. You get back a written map: each step, how long it takes, where it breaks, what a tool would actually replace, and what it would cost per month to run.

Some processes should not be automated, and some existing ones should be scrapped rather than patched. If yours is one of those, I will tell you, and you keep the map either way.

Why me: I build and operate automated systems for my own businesses. An order-to-profit pipeline for a Shopify store has run unattended since July 2026 behind 257 automated tests, alongside a daily lead-finder on a fixed schedule and a research tool with a monthly spending cap enforced in code.

What I will not do: quote you a rebuild price before the map exists. That is guessing, and you would be the one paying for the guess.
