About this gig
Is your WordPress site showing a white screen, fatal error, or broke after a PHP update? Is your server running a vulnerable PHP version? I fix it safely, with a backup first and testing after.
I specialize in PHP debugging, PHP troubleshooting and PHP security patching for WordPress sites.
WHAT I DO:
- Fix WordPress PHP errors: fatal errors, white screen, 500 errors
- Update PHP version for WordPress and fix compatibility issues
- Apply PHP security patches and fix PHP security vulnerabilities
- Fix WordPress after PHP update: plugin and theme conflicts
- WordPress repair and troubleshooting with a clear summary of changes
HOW IT WORKS:
- You share the error, PHP version and hosting details
- Review and confirm the plan
- Back up, apply the fix, and test key pages
- You get a summary of what changed and what was tested
GOOD TO KNOW:
Hosting-provider changes, paid plugin licenses and malware removal are not included. I don't promise "100% secure": I fix what we agree on and tell you any remaining risks.
Message me your error or PHP version before ordering and I'll tell you which package fits.

FAQ
Can you update the PHP version for WordPress?
Yes, from Standard. I upgrade your site to a supported PHP version, fix plugin and theme compatibility errors and test key pages.
Can you fix my site after a PHP update broke it?
Yes. I debug the PHP errors, fix plugin and theme conflicts and get your pages working again. Basic covers one error.
Do you apply PHP security patches and fix PHP vulnerabilities?
Yes, from Standard. I update PHP to a patched version and fix any compatibility errors. I first check which version your server runs.
Will my site be 100% secure afterwards?
No one can honestly promise that. I patch PHP, fix the agreed issues and tell you any remaining risks.
Do you work on a live site or staging?
Staging is best. On a live site I take a backup first and make changes at a time we agree.
What do you need from me to start?
The exact error, your PHP version, hosting provider and a temporary admin account. Never share passwords publicly.
Do you remove malware or fix hacked sites?
No. I cover PHP errors, security patching and PHP upgrades. For a hacked site, message me first.
What if my host controls the PHP version?
I prepare your site for the upgrade and guide you through the host’s steps. Host-side changes are not included.
