No. I do not develop/code applications. I only offer UI/UX services.
Can I place the order directly?
Yes you can but I do not recommend that. It's always wise to do an initial discussion so I am clear about your requirements and preferences. Also initial discussion is important to avoid unnecessary time waste and cancellations. Often it happens that the service(s) you need is not what I offer.
What software do you use for designing app UI?
I use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator based on customer requirements.

Yes of course.
Will I get updates about the progress of my project before the delivery date?
I strive to keep my customers involved in the process. I send over my design of first screen after completion to make sure that my customers are satisfied with the style before I proceed with all the screens.
